Stainless Steel
Our premium droplet eliminator is manufactured from either 316 of 304 Stainless steel. This product is designed primarily for marine and coastal applications.
ABS
ABS is a very hard wearing plastic, which is extensively used downstream of evap coolers and chiller systems to remove carry over.. Its low cost makes it a good entry point for most customers and the low weight makes installation easy on both retrofit and new build sites.
Aluminium
Aluminium is an ideal material for the majority of applications, it offers good corrosion resistance in most environments, is cost competitive against stainless steel and is considerably lighter, making it a good option for retrofits.

Droplet Eliminator Technology - How it works?

Aqua Protect
Our Solutions

Aqua Protect Pro
The Aqua Protect Pro is a retrofit water-ingress protection solution designed for filter houses experiencing excessive water carry-over, rain ingress, sea spray, or coastal moisture loading.
Instead of undertaking costly modification work to install a traditional droplet eliminator at the front of the filter housing, the Aqua Protect Module is designed to fit within the existing prefilter arrangement. In many systems, a standard 2" deep prefilter can be replaced with the Aqua Protect Module and a 1" deep prefilter, giving the filter system enhanced water separation performance while retaining the existing filter house configuration.
The aluminium version is designed for applications where extended service life, durability, and robust construction are priorities. It provides a practical upgrade path for coastal, offshore, naval, and land-based systems where water ingress is reducing filter life, increasing pressure drop, or compromising downstream equipment protection.
Key Features
-
Retrofit droplet separation solution for existing filter houses
-
Designed to replace a typical 2" deep prefilter arrangement
-
Can be installed with a 1" deep prefilter to retain particulate filtration
-
Provides enhanced protection against water ingress, sea spray, and moisture carry-over
-
Aluminium construction for improved durability and longer service life
-
Avoids the need for major filter house modification or front-end droplet eliminator installation
-
Suitable for coastal, offshore, naval, and exposed land-based installations

Aqua Protect
The Aqua Protect provides a cost-effective retrofit solution for filter houses where excessive water ingress is compromising filtration performance.
Designed to be installed in place of a typical 2" deep prefilter, the Aqua Protect Plastic Module can be combined with a 1" deep prefilter to provide enhanced droplet separation while retaining a particulate filtration stage. This gives operators many of the benefits of a dedicated droplet eliminator without the cost, downtime, or structural work associated with installing a traditional front-mounted eliminator.
The plastic version is ideal for projects where budget control is important but improved water-ingress protection is still required. It is suitable for coastal, offshore, marine, and land-based systems where rain, mist, spray, or moisture carry-over is reducing filter life or affecting system performance.
Key Features
-
Cost-effective retrofit water-ingress protection
-
Designed to replace a standard 2" deep prefilter installation
-
Can be used with a 1" deep prefilter to maintain particulate filtration
-
Helps reduce water carry-over into downstream filter stages
-
Lower-cost alternative to the aluminium version
-
Avoids major filter house modification
-
Suitable for coastal, offshore, marine, and exposed industrial systems

Wind Turbine
Our Solutions

Wind Turbine - Heated Weather Louvre
The Heated Weather Louvre is a robust wind turbine air-intake protection solution designed to reduce water ingress, ice formation, snow build-up, and moisture carry-over in exposed turbine nacelle ventilation systems.
Designed specifically for wind turbine HVAC intake applications, the unit helps protect the airflow path used to cool the nacelle and transformer equipment. In exposed onshore, coastal, offshore, and cold-climate environments, standard intake louvres can become vulnerable to driven rain, sea spray, freezing moisture, and snow accumulation. The Heated Weather Louvre provides a practical upgrade path by combining durable aluminium louvre construction with integrated self-regulating electrical trace heating.
The heating element is fitted to the front of the louvre vanes, helping maintain airflow through the intake during low-temperature conditions. As the trace heating is self-regulating, heat output increases as environmental temperature falls and reduces as temperature rises, supporting reliable operation without the need for complex controls within the louvre assembly.
The unit is designed for internal installation from within the nacelle, allowing replacement or servicing without the need for external turbine access. This makes it particularly suited to wind turbine applications where access time, safety, weather windows, and maintenance cost are critical considerations.
The aluminium construction provides a strong, corrosion-resistant intake assembly suitable for long service life in demanding operating environments. The design incorporates perimeter fixing holes, integrated gasket sealing, drain holes at the base of the vanes, and a flying electrical lead for customer termination into the turbine electrical system.
